Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Belvedere Clubwear . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service provider, which introduces some important points in the return process.


Individual production to order

All our products are made exclusively to order . This means:

  • Each product is unique.

  • Production only begins after you place your order .

  • For this reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you made a mistake with the size, color, or design, or if you simply changed your mind.


Damaged products or manufacturing defects

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer you a replacement or refund free of charge .

How it works:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Submit a brief description of the problem using our contact form .

  • Please upload a clear photo that clearly shows the defect.

  • There is no need to return the damaged item.

Note : If multiple products with the same design are affected, we require an additional photo or video showing all affected items at once .


Refunds

Refunds are typically credited to your Printify customer balance . You can use this balance:

  • Withdraw , or

  • If you wish, you can have the money transferred back to your original payment method .

If you paid with a currency other than US dollars (USD) , the amount will be refunded directly to your payment source .


What is non-refundable

We cannot offer a refund or free reprint in the following cases:

  • Incorrectly ordered size or color

  • Address error or non-delivery , unless the error lies with the shipping service provider

In these cases we offer you the following options:

  • A reprint for an additional charge , or

  • A partial refund .

Note on printing tolerances for DTG products : A deviation of up to 0.5 inches (approx. 1.27 cm) in the positioning of the print is not considered a defect and is due to production.
